CB Cares Youth to Community Arts Series (Y2C) proudly presents a wacky, hip-hop version of Alice in Wonderland, Through the Looking Glass, put on by students who attend CB West and are members of their Harlequin Club. This production is student-directed and student-choreographed. The show takes place on the Courthouse lawn, from 7-8 p.m. Come out and enjoy this lively musical entertainment put on by our local teens. Baun & Litt is sponsoring "Back In Time Music School" from Doylestown. The school teaches instrument and voice to students primarily in grades 4th - 12th grades from area schools. Featuring performances of classic rock & contemporary music. Students will be playing & singing (sometimes accompanied by professional musicians) songs by artists like the Beatles, Tom Petty and Taylor Swift. We will be setting-up in the area adjacent to our office in the grassy area facing Main Street - and will begin around 6:00pm. We expect about 20 students (and their parents and friends) to attend. We will have a tent and equipment set-up in the afternoon and will have food and refreshments (for the kids & their parents) in our reception area. COME OUT & JOIN US!!!!

Here is the Mercer Museum’s agenda for July 3 First Friday. On July 3, 2009 the Mercer Museum will have a variety of activities and educational opportunities as a participant in First Friday Doylestown. The Museum will offer free admission for visitors to explore the many wonders in our collection. The Good and Plenties Barbershop Quartet will perform at the Museum from 7-8 pm. Come and travel back to Early America with demonstrations and interpretation by costumed educators in our Log House.
